If you have designed your menu on a word documet then it will have to be saved a a JPEG in order to be uploaded to your blog.
If you are using a PC then follow the steps below:
1) Print screen
2) Select start, then All Programs, then Accessories and then Paint
3) Paste image (CTRL V)
4) Use the cropping tool so that just your menu is in the frame
5) Save as a JPEG file
6) Upload to your blog
If you are using a Mac the follow the steps below:
1) Take a screen shot of the document (CMD+SHIFT+4) This will give you a cursor that enables you to draw a marquee around your menu.
2) This will save the selected area as a JPEG on your desk top
3) Upload this JPEG image to your blog

Any other interesting menus?
